Transformative Life Coach

A supportive space for autistic women

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is designed to help individuals unlock their potential, achieve their goals, and lead more fulfilling lives.

Through questioning and listening, coaches help their clients to clarify their values and areas for growth, overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

What is transformative life coaching?

Transformative life coaching is a reflective style of coaching that creates growth and change at a deeper level.

It focuses on the clients beliefs, identity, values, thinking patterns, and perspective on the world. Its aim is long term internal change rather than short term results.

I advertise as working with autistic women. You do not need an autism diagnosis. You may be self-diagnosed, or suspect you're autistic, or have noticed some autistic traits. Everyone is welcome here. There is a big overlap between autistic traits and ADHD traits, so I also work with women with ADHD.

I only work with adults aged 18 and above.

I've chosen this because autistic women tend to have a very different presentation of autism to autistic men. I do work with people within the transgender & LGBTQIA+ communities.

The reason I use the word women is because I have no personal experience of the LGBTQIA+ community and do not want to imply that I do. However, as I mentioned before, everyone is welcome here in this supportive, non-judgmental space.

Life coaching is about looking forward. We can discuss how you feel now, where you want to get to, and past experiences that may have brought you to your current position. What we can't do is delve into past trauma in detail, as I'm not a trained counsellor.

If you would like to know if we can work on a particular issue, please feel free to contact me to discuss this.

Who I work with

There is no specific number. The minimum I book for each client is 6. This gives time to explore at least one area in depth or a few smaller goals. Each client is different. You may bring one topic or many. There is no maximum number of sessions.

I currently charge £15 per 1 hour session. This is paid upfront for 6 sessions totalling £90.

You are welcome to book further sessions one at a time after your initial 6.

I'm charging much less than other coaches and you may be wondering why. The simple answer is that, at the moment, I'm able to. I'm very aware that life coaching is not accessible to the majority of people. I still need to cover expenses like insurance and supervision, but I love helping people.

While I can keep my prices very low, I will. This does mean I tend to have a short waiting list but I will let you know an estimated timescale when you contact me to book.

Please contact me in the easiest way for you. I'm available on Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, text, call, and email. All links are at the bottom of this page.

If you would like a free 20 minute call before signing up, where you can ask questions, check that we fit and have good chemistry, get a taste of what coaching is about, then please ask.

How many sessions will I need?

There are far too many for me to list, and nothing is too big or too small, but some of the topics I have helped clients work through are overwhelm & burnout recovery; limiting beliefs; working through an ASC/ASD and/or ADHD diagnosis; work issues; time management; developing healthy habits like exercise, diet, or sleep; resolving conflict in friendship, work, or family relationships; confidence; productivity; decision paralysis; career goals; social interaction; self-worth.

The first session will mainly be exploring what you’d like to get out of coaching. We’ll discuss what’s brought you here, where you’d like to get to, and the areas you’d like to improve. Sometimes people aren’t sure of the answers, they feel ‘everything’ needs to improve. This is ok too.

From the second session, there is a simple structure we’ll follow. We start by talking about what you’d like from the session and where you’d ideally like to be by the end. This can be quick, but sometimes it becomes an in depth exploration. This part helps me to ask the right questions so you get the most from the session.

The middle part is usually the longest and is like an informal chat, similar to talking to a friend or, maybe, a therapist. This is where the transformation begins.

We will then summarise for the last few minutes of each session.

All my training is through Animas Centre for Coaching. I chose them because their courses are in depth and trusted throughout the industry. I have completed the following:

Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching

Neurodiversity in Coaching: Context and Skills for Effective Practice

Healing Trauma: Integrative Strategies for Body, Mind and, Emotions

Radical Self-Care: Becoming a Force for Good in the World

The Ethical Imperative of Neurodiversity Awareness in Coaching

Having been told by a paediatrician that 'girls can't be autistic', I spent the next 22 years wondering why I was so different to everyone else, and what the cause could be. I was finally diagnosed in 2023, at 38, with both ASD and ADHD.

My special interest of autism and ADHD started immediately. In 2024, having always enjoyed helping others but counselling not feeling like the right path to go towards, I worked out what I wanted to do for a job, and that was coaching neurodivergent people. I passed my Diploma in July 2025.

You could be forgiven for thinking this page is advertising holidays for a travel agent but, no, I wanted to share my personality a little. There is no better place for me than on the beach with my husband and dogs, bar the odd trip to London.
